Caroline Mills attended Bryam Shaw School of Art and Camberwell where she obtained a 1st Class honours. She works in oils and watercolours and exhibits widely throughout the UK, including the Royal Academy. As well as doing private commissions she is also a book illustrator, card designer and author.
